Vaibhavlaxmi Builders and Developers under the ruling of Dr. Sangle currently handling projects in the town of Vikhroli East, Kannamwar Nagar has been alleged with a complaint from Mr. Sachin Shivaji Kamble aged 45 residing as a local resident in the same project carried on, hereby states that this builders are trying to take law in their hands by fooling them. The complaint states that the builders try to avoid paying rent once they receive part OC ( Occupancy Certificate). This is against the rules of RERA.
In this case the builder has not received the OC ( Occupancy Certificate ) and still he is threatning the residents to get shifted in the building. There is still 40% work left out to be completed and the builder says if they dont shift they will not be provided rent furthermore. This has become a problematic issue for the people residing there as they are worried about the rent which the developer may stop paying and due to this many families are compromising said, Mr. Sachin Shivaji Kamble.
He has also demanded the Development Agreement to be shown to the public who will be shifting there but still there is a negative part on their way giving mulitiple reasons for delaying. Now the question amongst the public arises that is the development done legally and why is builder threatening to shift so soon even when the Occupancy Certificate is on the way. Also the committe members are supporting the same which is becoming an issue for other residents. The same builder has been alleged with an FIR last few days for cutting the trees in an illegal sense. Also many kore complaints have been registered in Vikhroli Police Station concludes the complainant, Mr. Sachin Shivaji Kamble.
